APMP-NCA respects the privacy of its members and Web site visitors and strictly follows this policy related to information provided online or through any other channels.
APMP-NCA routinely solicits and stores contact information from members and others who knowingly provide it to us for business purposes (“registrants”). We do not collect information from users through the act of browsing our Web site.
APMP-NCA may ask browsers to register and provide limited information to reach restricted web site content and/or request information to be fulfilled through other channels. This information is typically limited to name, title, company name, address, telephone numbers, and email address. Other information may be requested if it facilitates the follow-up action requested by the registrant.
Contact information collected may be used to reach registrants and will be limited to follow-up and/or other matters relating to the registrant’s initial interest area or other business purposes. If subsequent contact is made via email with a Web site link, APMP-NCA may monitor a registrant’s “click through” action to measure responses.
APMP-NCA works to protect the security of your information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which encrypts the information you give us.

APMP-NCA strictly follows all regulations relating to these channels and clearly instructs recipients who wish to “opt-out” of future contacts in each communication.

Online Membership Directory Listing
If you are an APMP member who affiliates with the National Capital Area Chapter you will be listed in our online Membership Directory—only accessible to other APMP members who are affiliated with the NCA Chapter.
Important: Your standard member listing will include your name, title, company name, postal address, telephone number, and email address. You may prefer to remove your telephone number and email address by selecting the “Privacy” option in your member record.
Credit Card Transactions
APMP-NCA shares credit card information only with the financial institution directly involved with a single transaction, and only in a secure socket environment. We will only release account or other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or protect the rights, property or safety of APMP, APMP-NCA, our members or others. This includes exchanging information for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
